These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legal agreement between the star live platform and its users. To open a valid account on Star Live, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false details will result in account termination and possible forfeiture of any deposited funds. Each individual may only maintain one account.

After registration, Star Live may require you to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. This may involve submitting a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be limited until verification is complete.

• Each individual may register a maximum of one account.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to star live immediately.
• Any changes to personal information must be updated in your account immediately.

The odds and terms displayed at the time of placing a bet on Star Live will apply. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless Star Live approves it under exceptional circumstances. For live betting, a bet will not be considered valid until confirmed — a dropped internet connection before confirmation means the bet will not stand.

If a match or event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be refunded or redistributed in accordance with Star Live's own rules. In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome, the decision of Star Live's authority shall be considered final.

• Minimum bet amount is ৳10 BDT per event.
• Maximum bet limits may vary by event and market.
• Star Live reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Bets placed on the same event from multiple accounts will be flagged as suspicious.

Star live supports all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are typically processed instantly. Withdrawals are generally completed within 1–24 hours, though processing times may be longer while verification is underway.

Withdrawal requests can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. This is an important security measure to prevent money laundering. star live never deducts any hidden charges — though your payment provider may apply their own fees.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 BDT.

• Withdrawals exceeding ৳5,000 BDT may be held until KYC verification is complete.

• Self-exclusion options available from 7 days up to 6 months.
• Option to activate a cooling-off period.

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on Star Live. Any violation will result in account termination and forfeiture of all deposited funds. Star Live reserves the right to pursue legal action where necessary.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Placing bets based on match-fixing or insider information.
• Attempting to exploit technical glitches or bugs.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Conducting betting activities on behalf of minors.

• If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any funds held may be forfeited.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, it will be referred to the licensing authority for resolution. International gaming law shall govern the interpretation and enforcement of this agreement.
